Automatic installation
- Pro Radio Voiceline is installed from the standard Pro Radio license screen, exactly like the other integrated Pro Radio plugins.
- Go to Pro Radio Admin.
- Click Refresh License.
- Open Install Plugins.
- Install Pro Radio Voiceline.
Storage check before use
- Before using the plugin, open the Voiceline settings page and verify the Storage check section.
- The plugin stores voice messages in a private folder at:
wp-content/prvoiceline_uploads- The folder must exist, be writable, and pass the internal write test.
- If the folder is missing or cannot be written, audio uploads will fail.
- Some security plugins may block folder creation, temporarily disable such plugins during the installation
Create storage folder
- If the storage check is not valid, click Create storage folder from the settings page.
- If creation still fails, make sure wp-content is writable by PHP.
- Some managed hostings restrict custom writable folders. In that case, server permissions must be fixed before the plugin can work correctly.
Server diagnostics
- The settings page also shows useful upload diagnostics such as:
- Plugin max accepted file size
- PHP upload_max_filesize
- PHP post_max_size
- PHP max_file_uploads
To check your server settings, you can use the Server Check function under ProRadio Admin.
After installation
- Confirm storage is ready.
- Configure the global settings.
- Add the widget to an Elementor page.
- Send a real frontend test submission.
