What this feature does

How it works
- A listener submits a voice message.
- If admin notifications are enabled, the plugin sends an email to the configured administrator email address.
- The email can contain secure links to act on the specific message.
- You can review, approve, delete, stream, or download the file depending on the action available.

Security of email actions
- The action links are tokenized and time-limited.
- Approve and delete links are protected against repeated destructive reuse.
- These links should only be used by your internal team.
Recommendation
- Use email moderation if your station receives frequent submissions and you want a faster approval workflow.
- If a link has expired or was already used, simply open the message from WordPress admin and manage it there.
