The Server Check plugin verifies that your hosting meets the requirements for Pro.Radio. Use it if you can’t install the theme yet, or if something isn’t working and you want a quick, reliable diagnostics report.
Download & Install
- Download the Pro.Radio Server Check plugin.
- In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the downloaded file, then click Install and Activate.
- Open Settings → Server Check to view the results.
What the Plugin Checks
- PHP version & limits (memory_limit, upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, execution time)
- Required PHP extensions for WordPress
- Connectivity to Pro.Radio services (including the Licensing endpoint)
If Something Fails
If you’re not sure how to fix a failed check, please contact your hosting provider. They can enable missing PHP extensions, increase limits, or whitelist the required endpoints. If you still need help, open a ticket from your client area and we’ll assist you.
